Canceling is easy. Follow these steps:

 

How can I cancel my membership?

  • Click "Your Account" in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open your account management page.  (Note: if the button says "LOG IN / SIGN UP," you will need to log in before proceeding.)

  • Under "Billing," click "View or cancel plan."

  • Click "Cancel subscription."

  • Enter your reason for canceling (or just write "Cancel" or any other word if you prefer not to give a reason) and click "Cancel Subscription."

What can I expect next?

When you complete the above steps to cancel your membership, recurring billing will stop, and you will not be billed for any subsequent membership periods. You will continue to enjoy access until the end of your current membership period; after that, your access will end.

As per our Terms and Conditions, you can cancel any time, but we do not offer refunds for membership periods already billed.

What if I have any problems or need help?
